Share your story of Coronavirus Tales: story guidelines

Thank you for considering a contribution to Coronavirus Tales. Individually and collectively, the stories will express how people grappled with the search for wholeness and health during a period of fragmentation and alienation, much as they did in Giovanni Boccaccio’s Decameron after the Black Death of 1348. Each piece is given “space to speak,” in the words of Geoffrey Chaucer, so that language and narrative may work its medicine, its healing power to those in affliction. Please keep your remarks to 700 words. The editors reserve the right to require changes to the pieces before publication.

Entries can be in any language. Your piece may or may not be anonymous; it’s up to you.

Please submit your story to our email address: humanitieswatch@humanitieswatch.org.

Thank you very much for your contribution.
