Seeing Differently: Discovering Ourselves and Our Team Through Art

Overview: A highly interactive workshop that introduces participants to the power of art to discover new insights about themselves and to create deeper connections with their colleagues.

Participants will leave the workshop with:

  1. Deeper understanding and increased trust of other members of their team
  2. Improved ability to observe and describe their environment more closely
  3. Insight into a personal &/or professional challenge through art
  4. An appreciation for the relevance of art and the humanities in their day-to-day lives
  5. A greater sense of compassion for and community with the people around them

About the facilitators:

Robert Goldberg is Managing Partner of Organization Insight, LLC, a consulting firm whose mission is to help companies become healthier and more competitive through the development of their leaders and their teams. 

Timothy Kircher is H. Curt and Patricia S. Hege Professor of History, Guilford College and founder of Humanities Watch, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the relevance of the Humanities in our post-technological world.
